Who We Are
The South Porcupine Food Bank has been serving area residents for over 30 years. Open two days a week, the food bank provides free groceries to people in need or in crisis. Clients are provided with approximately 5-7 days worth of groceries per month. It is operated by solely by a a volunteer staff of at approximately 35 volunteers who sort, stock the shelves, pack food, and serve the clients each week. We serve clients every Tuesday from 1-3 p.m. and every Saturday from 9-11 a.m.
