Volunteers will interact with attendees, encouraging them to learn more about the organization and consider volunteering.

Volunteers will help with general event tasks, such as crowd management and directing attendees.

Information Dissemination

Volunteers will answer questions from attendees regarding their organization, its activities, and available volunteer opportunities.

Volunteers will distribute passport draw cards at the entrance and guide attendees on how to participate.

Volunteers will assist in setting up and dismantling booths, managing displays, and distributing information about their organization.
